You will go away with a sound working knowledge of how carpet is constructed. It's strengths and weaknesses and how this knowledge will affect the cleaning choices you make.
Through graphic demonstrations, discussion and hands on content, you will also learn how different cleaning methods complement each other and which method to use for a given situation and outcome.
You will also learn to identify the different kinds of carpet soils and match them with the appropriate cleaning chemistry and application.
Learn about stain removal, browning prevention and treatment, real and apparent soiling, topical treatments and much more. This is a powerhouse course.
