pH 8.5 when mixed 1:10 Bennett Direct Tile & Grout Cleaner is a powerful oil & grease emulsifier that produces exceptional results on all stone and ceramic finishes including bench tops, floor tile, grout, terrazzo Etc. It is mildly alkaline so it will not decalcify lime, grout or marble finishes. It is non-corrosive and will not damage metal edge strips and mouldings and is safe to use in both metal and plastic cleaning equipment. Its non odour, non solvent formulation makes it ideal for use in kitchens and all food processing areas. It will emulsify animal & vegetable fats and is particularly effective on the stubborn grease/starch/protein mixture that can build up on kitchen tile & grout. It can be used in areas occupied by chemical sensitive individuals.
Preparation:
Remove furniture and other items from the area being cleaned Remove surface litter and thoroughly vacuum or sweep area to be cleaned Floor may be prewashed to remove superficial soil Ideally Tile & Grout Cleaner should be applied to dry floor for maximum soil penetration.
Directions:
Benchtops, lightly soiled floors Apply Tile & grout cleaner as a prespray at a dilution of 1:40 Clean and rinse by your preferred method Heavy soil and grout treatment Apply Tile & Grout Cleaner as a prespray at a dilution of up to 1:10 Allow dwell time 5 - 10 mins for emulsification Machine using your rotary tile cleaner as per manufacturers instructions.
For Superior results
Bennett Direct Tile & grout cleaner leaves no residue so following drying no further cleaning is required. However it may be beneficial to luster or dress the floor by light buffing with a low speed machine and a white pad. This will enhance the eye appeal of the finish especially on polished porcelain tile, granite and glazed finishes.
