Bennett Direct Type R Browning Remover and Dye Stripper is a professional product intended for use by trained and experienced carpet spot and stain removal professionals. In the dyeing industry it is used for the complete removal of all dyestuff from yarn that is to be redyed. For this reason it will remove the carpet colour if used incorrectly. It is therefore a product of last resort. It is however extremely effective in removing difficult stains that have not responded to oxidizing stain removers or two part heat transfer process. This includes, timber stains, acid dye stains and strong tannin stains such as from hot tea bags. We do not recommend the use of this product by persons who are not able to adjust or replace carpet colour if loss should occur.
