Shipping and Delivery

We endeavour to ship your completed order within one working day. Should this not be possible we will ensure to contact you to advise you of when your order will be fulfilled.
Shipping is free* for orders over $250 ex gst with the exception of dangerous goods. Orders including one or more items classified as Dangerous Goods for shipping are charged $60 ex gst. This is a one-off charge per order, not per item on the order. Call 1300 310 410 if you have any questions.

Registering makes it quicker and easier for you to use our site, eg. Your delivery details are automatically loaded into the checkout process, which saves you time when you are making a purchase. You will be able to view your purchase history, which may be useful in managing your own stock control. If you bought something on site, this doesn't mean you have created an account or registered. You may want to create an account, so that you can access these additional benefits.
